Rapper mostly known as one half of rap-group Capone-N-Noreaga who were a minor part of the East coast West Coast feud of the 90's, they had a brief beef with with Snoop Dogg and The Dogg Pound which spawned a infamous disstrack called 'L.A. L.A.' of the critically acclaimed album 'THE WAR REPORT'.
