Pedal Pusher
Chuckie and the Rugrats go to the park to try out his new pedal-operated toy car that his father gave him. Other kids like his car so much, they become his "friends", just to get a ride. Meanwhile, Didi and Chazz compare notes on Dr. Lipschitz, with Chazz being more up-to-date on his work.
