CHEONG by chance knows that KWAN's beauty-parlour's where about. He even knows that her beauty-parlour is facing some financial problem because of the increase of rent. He also knows that KWAN has worked & lived very hard for the past thirty years from DI. Thus, he feels very sorry for what she has encountered. He secretly helps her to pay the rent.
