In the Season 4 opener, Birthday Girl kidnaps meteorologist Sonny Days and demands that he announce her birthday on TV. Later, Becky suspects Seymour Smooth is up to no good when he delays announcing his new show's winning ticket numbers.

Dr. Two-Brains has big plans when the Butcher fills in for one of Two-Brains' henchmen; WordGirl battles the hiccups while Chuck tries to get his condiment ray fixed by Hal Hardbargain.

Episode 3 - Mouse Brain Take-Over / Leslie Makes it Big

Mr. Big is arrested, leaving it to his assistant, Leslie, to carry out their latest evil plan: building the world's most powerful mind-control device; WordGirl learns that Dr. Two-Brains is on an all-out cheese rampage just as she's about to give a tour of her secret hideout to the winner of the WordGirl Synonym Contest.

Episode 4 - Chuck with a Sidekick of Brent / Yarn-4-Gold

Chuck teams with his brother Brent and tries to turn the city into a giant sandwich; Bampy helps WordGirl stop Granny May's latest plot: exchanging gold jewelry for purple yarn.

Episode 5 - Whammer Anniversary / Rat Trap

Becky babysits TJ while Mr. and Mrs. Botsford celebrate their anniversary at an ice-cream parlor that just happens to be the target of the Whammer's wrath; Dr. Two-Brains forces Hal Hardbargain to create a ray that turns superheroes into cheese.

Episode 6 - WordGirl and BobbleBoy / Crime in the Key of V

Villainous Victoria Best sets out to be the best superhero in the city in order to force WordGirl into retirement; TJ makes and sells WordGirl bobblehead dolls.

Episode 7 - Where Have All the Villains Gone? / Captain Tangent Returns...

Ms. Question devises a devious plan to get rid of WordGirl: eliminate all of the city's villains so WordGirl is no longer needed. Elsewhere, Scoops joins Capt. Tangent's pirate crew in order to write a newspaper article about them.

Episode 8 - A World without WordGirl, Parts 1&2

Becky's birthday party is interrupted once too often by citizens in need, leading her to wish on her birthday candles for a world without WordGirl. Afterward, she realizes that her wish came true: Chuck is now king and the city is very, very different.

Episode 9 - Have Snob, Will Travel / Tobey's Playground Calamity

The Butcher kidnaps Reginald the jeweler in order to use his expertise to plan his next heist; Ms. Davis holds a recycling contest to raise funds for a new playground after the old one is decimated by villains.

The Learnerer steals a giant diamond; Mr. Big employs mind control to make sure his dinner-theater show is a success.

A carnival is endangered by the Energy Monster; WordGirl battles Granny May, who's plotting to steal Cleopatra's bed from a museum.

Tobey builds a robot replica of WordGirl that he names WordBot; all the grown-ups go missing.

Episode 13 - Road Rage, Anger and Fury / By Jove, You've Wrecked My Robot

Lady Redundant Woman uses nefarious means to circumvent the city's congested traffic; Tobey brings a game about evil robots to Becky's house in hopes of exposing WordGirl's true identity.
