Ruthie still parties as hard as she did when she was a teenager. Problem is, her daughter Isabella is only 11 years old and is often left with the task of taking care of her younger brother and sister - sometimes for days. With extended family help and under the watchful eyes and prayers of a good neighbor, Izzy does her best. But is it good enough?
