Bob and the Ravishing Realtor
Instead of a planned bowling night with Harvey, Bob sets his sights on a gorgeous real estate agent . He tries to ply her with wine, but he gets drunk instead. When he wakes up the next morning, he finds that he's inadvertently put the house up for sale, and prospective buyers are already looking the place over.
